About us

Menswear, selected not invented.

madenot is an independent menswear shop registered in Ireland. We sell outerwear — jackets, coats and blazers — chosen from established manufacturers and sold to customers across the country.

We don't design our own garments, and we don't claim to. What we do is choose. Every piece here has been picked for cut, fabric and finish, and anything that doesn't earn its place doesn't get listed. That is why the range is deliberately short rather than endless — it is easier to stand behind a dozen things than a thousand.

How we work

We hold our stock at our own warehouse at Southern Cross Business Park in Bray, Co. Wicklow, and we pick, pack and dispatch every order from there ourselves. Nothing is sent to you by a third party, and nothing is ordered in after you have bought it.

Two things follow from that. We see what we are sending before it leaves. And if something isn't right, it comes back to an Irish address rather than to a depot abroad at your expense.

Delivery is free anywhere in Ireland. Full timings are set out on our Shipping Policy page — we would rather publish an honest window than promise next-day and let you down.

Buying with confidence

  • Your statutory 14-day right to change your mind, with our own 60-day returns policy on top of it
  • Returns received in Ireland, with the full postal address published rather than held back
  • Free delivery on every order, no minimum spend, nothing added at checkout
  • A named person and a registered Irish company behind the shop
