What is madenot? madenot is an Irish fashion brand built around quietly considered pieces designed to slip easily into your wardrobe. Each item is chosen with care, so getting dressed always feels effortless.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 4–9 business days total. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link to follow it the whole way home.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, every madenot order ships entirely free. There is no minimum spend and no surprise conditions at checkout. We simply believe receiving your parcel should feel easy.

Do you ship internationally? For now, our deliveries stay within Ireland. We're focused on offering the best possible experience locally first. If we ever expand further, our community will be the first to hear.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived? First, please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 7 business days have passed and your parcel still hasn't appeared, write to us at support@madenot.com and we'll look into it straight away.

Returns, Exchanges & Orders

What is your return policy? If you change your mind, it's no problem at all. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Just send a note to support@madenot.com, and we'll walk you through the simple process.

Do you accept exchanges? Yes, exchanges are very welcome. Let us know what you'd like to swap by writing to support@madenot.com, and we'll help you find the right piece.

How long do refunds take? Once your return has been accepted, your refund is usually issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a little longer before the funds appear on your statement.

Can I update or cancel my order? If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may still be able to make changes or cancel it for you. Get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we'll do our absolute best to help.
