Your right to cancel
You have the right to withdraw from your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
How to exercise it
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by email to support@madenot.com, or by post to the address below. You may use the model form at the bottom of this page, but you are not obliged to.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except where the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered — in those cases we cover the cost in full. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The 14-day right set out on this page is your statutory right under EU consumer law. Our own 60-day returns policy sits on top of it and does not replace or limit it.
