Your statutory right to change your mind

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the contract for any reason, without giving an explanation. Where you exercise this statutory right, we refund the price of the goods together with the original standard delivery charge. Full details are set out on our Right of Withdrawal page.

Our extended returns policy

On top of that statutory right, madenot gives you 60 days from the day your order arrives to send something back.

Condition of returned items

Items need to be unworn and unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

Where returns go

Returns are received at our warehouse in Bray, Co. Wicklow. You will not be asked to post anything outside the country.

How to start a return

Email support@madenot.com with your order number and tell us whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will confirm by reply, then post the item to:

Who pays return postage

Return postage is at your own cost, except where the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered — in those cases we cover the cost of return in full. We recommend using a tracked service so that you have proof of postage.

Your refund

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days more before the funds appear on your statement. There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different size or colour, say so in your return email and we will arrange the exchange where stock allows.
